DELIVERY

Online orders are deliviered via New Zealand Post or a courier service.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day. 

If you would like us to gift wrap your selection, please select this option on the right hand side of the home page.

We offer 1 working day packing and a 2-3 day delivery service.

Did you know you can send your gift directly to the recipient’s address?

You will be asked for your billing address (for invoicing purposes) and a delivery address where you would like the parcel sent. This means you can have us wrap, pack and send your gift directly.

We also offer a hand written card service for gifts.

To include a gift card with your parcel, select the gift wrap option and send us your message for the card via the Contact Us link on the upper right of the page.
